El arrendamiento fue otorgado a Jet Van Car Rental S.A. de C.V., mientras que el mantenimiento qued\u00f3 en manos de Autom\u00f3viles COC de Zacatecas S.A. de C.V., situaci\u00f3n que ha despertado cuestionamientos sobre la falta de competencia y la posibilidad de comparar mejores ofertas para el municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Los convenios tendr\u00e1n vigencia pr\u00e1cticamente durante todo el gobierno municipal, del 1 de mayo de 2025 al 31 de julio de 2027, comprometiendo recursos p\u00fablicos por m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os. Tan solo el esquema representa un promedio superior a 3.7 millones de pesos mensuales, una cifra que ha encendido el debate sobre las prioridades presupuestales de la administraci\u00f3n capitalina.<\/p>\n<p>Especialistas en contrataci\u00f3n p\u00fablica advierten que cuando existe un solo participante en una licitaci\u00f3n desaparece la posibilidad de contrastar precios, evaluar propuestas alternativas y garantizar las mejores condiciones para la ciudadan\u00eda.
