{"id":5327,"date":"2025-05-10T23:16:50","date_gmt":"2025-05-10T23:16:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zacatecastrespuntocero.news\/?p=5327"},"modified":"2025-05-10T23:16:50","modified_gmt":"2025-05-10T23:16:50","slug":"ruben-n-quedara-en-prision-preventiva-es-investigado-por-violacion-equiparada-agravada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zacatecastrespuntocero.news\/?p=5327","title":{"rendered":"Rub\u00e9n \u201cN\u201d quedar\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva; es investigado por violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Zacatecas, en su actuar legal e imparcial, informa que se llev\u00f3 a cabo la detenci\u00f3n de Rub\u00e9n \u201cN\u201d, quien contaba con un mandamiento judicial vigente por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada.<\/p>\n<p>Este s\u00e1bado se realiz\u00f3 la audiencia de formulaci\u00f3n de imputaci\u00f3n, en la cual la representaci\u00f3n social dio a conocer al imputado los hechos que se le investigan.<\/p>\n<p>A solicitud de la defensa, la audiencia continuar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 12 de mayo, fecha en la que se resolver\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.
