La empresa argument\u00f3 que el ajuste busca proteger las ganancias de los trabajadores ante el nuevo marco regulatorio.<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno federal, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS), acus\u00f3 a Uber de romper los acuerdos establecidos en la mesa de implementaci\u00f3n de la reforma. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el aumento es prematuro, pues a\u00fan no se cuenta con datos claros sobre el impacto econ\u00f3mico de la medida ni el n\u00famero de conductores incorporados formalmente.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa reforma busca dignificar el trabajo y garantizar derechos que hist\u00f3ricamente han sido negados a miles de personas en plataformas digitales\u201d, subray\u00f3 la STPS. Adem\u00e1s, critic\u00f3 el modelo de negocio de la empresa, al considerar que transfiere todos los costos a los propios trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Ante la situaci\u00f3n, la STPS anunci\u00f3 operativos conjuntos con la Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (Profeco) para verificar posibles pr\u00e1cticas tarifarias abusivas o injustificadas.
